Role Overview

The HR & Admin Executive plays a critical role in supporting both the Human Resources and Administrative functions within the organization. This individual will manage key HR processes such as recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll. Additionally, they will oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring that the work environment is organized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and procedures.Your role will be vital in ensuring that both HR and administrative operations run smoothly, effectively supporting the company’s workforce and enhancing overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Address HR-related queries and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facilities.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources required for smooth business operations.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for office services.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and assist in internal audits related to HR and administrative functions.
  • Address employee inquires regarding HR Policies,Procedures,Benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in HR and administrative support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
