Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
We’re hiring an HR Administrator to support our HR Operations team. This is a fast paced, detail oriented role supporting employees across 19 countries, with the majority based in the UK.
You’ll manage sensitive people data, support onboarding processes, and ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and updating employee data on our HR system (HRIS) with precision and confidentiality

  • Supporting onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, issuing contracts, and coordinating induction plans

  • Administering compensation and benefits data, liaising with suppliers and internal teams

  • Following checklist-based processes and ensuring compliance with UK employment standards

  • Uploading content to our L&D platform and supporting recruitment administration

  • Providing proactive support to managers, employees, and external providers across multiple locations

  • About You
    You will have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive data accurately and securely

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Experience working with HR systems or databases (HRIS)

  • A clear understanding of process driven work and the importance of compliance

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to internal and external interactions

  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR and supporting a global workforce

  • You’ll also bring:
