Job Description

As an HR Administrator at Wood, your role involves creating employee records via the HR system, creating employee files in network drives and e-filing employee documents. You will be responsible for generating offer letters, employment contracts, forms, and validating certificates. Issuing Global Mandatory Policy Documents (GMPD) and monitoring progress, preparing documents related to employee movements, and updating employee records in the HRIS. Additionally, you will handle timesheets of employees on short-term disability, and send negative leave balances to Line Managers. You will also prepare leaver documents and update workers" statuses in the HRIS, as well as respond to queries from HR counterparts. Key Responsibilities: - Create employee records through the HR system - Organize employee files in network drives and e-file employee documents - Generate offer letters, employment contracts, forms, and validate certificates - Issue Global Mandatory Policy Documents (GMPD) and monitor progress - Prepare documents related to employee movements and update records in HRIS - Manage timesheets of employees on short-term disability and send negative leave balances to Line Managers - Prepare leaver documents and update worker statuses in HRIS - Respond to queries from HR counterparts Qualifications Required: - Business or HR degree or relevant qualification preferred - English qualification to ensure high proficiency in written/spoken English - Strong skills in Excel and Word Additional Details: Wood values individuals with knowledge of HRIS tools, preferably Oracle, experience in case management tools, and exposure to a shared service centre environment. You should demonstrate initiative, drive, and a strong desire to continuously improve processes and deliver within agreed objectives and service levels. Previous experience in data entry, maintaining data integrity with confidential information, preparing documents accurately following templates and instructions, and familiarity with the Oil & Gas environment are advantageous for this role.,
