Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.
Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
