Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HR systems.

  • Assist in the recruitment cycle: job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit paperwork.

  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.

  • Assist in handling employee grievances, queries, and requests.

  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor laws.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.

  • Administer employee engagement programs, events, and performance reviews.

  • Handle office administration tasks when needed (ID cards, stationery, travel arrangements, visitor coordination, etc.).
