Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HR systems. Assist in the recruitment cycle: job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit paperwork. Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data. Assist in handling employee grievances, queries, and requests. Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor laws. Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times. Administer employee engagement programs, events, and performance reviews. Handle office administration tasks when needed (ID cards, stationery, travel arrangements, visitor coordination, etc.).
