The Global Service Delivery Human Resources Team Lead supervises a team of H R Administrators who provide administrative support to multiple RWS sites . Job Overview Key Responsibilities Ensure that the HR administration team executes and administers end-to-end People Services in accordance with global processes, and agreed upon local variations, for a country or region, ensuring data accuracy, professionalism, and timelines. Manage the HR administration team, including daily stand-ups, coaching, training, and developing team members to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Personally responsible for assigned data administration work, requiring timely data input, maintenance, and accuracy within the HR systems. Serve as first point of escalation for the HR administration team during work request escalations, and any HR System challenges that arise. Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, such as employee data changes, new hires, terminations, and other forms of HR administration. Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Work with regional HR leadership to develop and deliver HR metrics and reporting to measure and monitor the effectiveness of administrative services. Identify opportunities and problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
