Role Summary

TA Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and document

    end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Manage and maintain

    ATS and related HR tech tools

    ; support and train users
  • Build and maintain

    TA dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics

  • Partner with HR Ops, Finance, IT, and business teams for smooth hiring execution
  • Manage vendors related to sourcing, assessments, and recruitment tools
  • Improve

    candidate and recruiter experience

    through process and workflow enhancements
  • Ensure

    data accuracy, compliance

    , and upkeep of recruitment SOPs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in

    TA Operations, HR Operations, or Recruitment Operations

  • Strong understanding of

    recruitment workflows and hiring compliance

  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS platforms

  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Strong process orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
