Role Summary

TA Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Optimize and document
end-to-end recruitment processes
Manage and maintain
ATS and related HR tech tools
; support and train users
Build and maintain
TA dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics
Partner with HR Ops, Finance, IT, and business teams for smooth hiring execution
Manage vendors related to sourcing, assessments, and recruitment tools
Improve
candidate and recruiter experience
through process and workflow enhancements
Ensure
data accuracy, compliance
, and upkeep of recruitment SOPs

Ideal Candidate Profile

25 years of experience in
TA Operations, HR Operations, or Recruitment Operations
Strong understanding of
recruitment workflows and hiring compliance
Hands-on experience with
ATS platforms
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
Strong process orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
