Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Design, update, and maintain job descriptions for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as social media and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Hirect, TimesJobs, Naukri, etc.).
  • Craft and send engaging recruitment emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Share shortlisted, qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and issue job offer letters and respond to candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus placements, and organize in-house recruitment events.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Onboarding & Training

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and support them during the onboarding phase.
  • Coordinate training programs as per organizational requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Administer payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory compliance support.
  • Manage employeremployee relations and support performance management processes.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
  • Understanding of HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
