Role Overview: As a Human Resource Specialist at our company in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to manage various HR tasks on a day-to-day basis. This will include providing support in hiring processes, handling employee relations, tracking performance, ensuring HR compliance, and managing administrative duties. Your role will require excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding: Welcome new employees and assist in handling their joining formalities. - Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues to foster a positive work culture. - Performance Management: Support performance reviews and facilitate training programs for employees. - Compliance & Policies: Ensure that company policies align with labor laws and maintain updated employee records. - Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs for employees. - HR Administration: Maintain organized HR systems and files, and prepare reports as required. Qualifications Required: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. - Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles and be familiar with HR tools and MS Office. - Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
