Position: - Human Resource Specialist

Experience: - 2 to 4 Years


Responsibilities/ Skillsets

HR Specialist

  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes for assigned teams.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions and pulse checks.
  • Support end-to-end performance management processes—goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance policies and improvement plans.
  • Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of grievances while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Escalate complex ER issues to senior HRBP as needed.
  • Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).
  • Use HR data and insights to support business decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
