As a Human Resource Specialist at Veye Research Pvt Ltd in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies - Managing employee benefits and personnel effectively - Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees - Applying knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA in HR is preferred - Delivering results efficiently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills Additionally, Veye is a leading independent equities research firm dedicated to providing unbiased and precise recommendations to help clients enhance their investment results. Our office is located in Gurugram, Sector 48, Badshahpur. Please note that we operate within the Australian International Process, with shift timings from 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM IST. If you have at least 1 year of experience in HR and a total work experience of 1 year, along with proficiency in English, you are preferred for this full-time, permanent position.
