Human Resource Specialist

As a Human Resource Specialist at Dar, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business teams and supporting various HR activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes for assigned teams. - Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. - Planning and executing engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture-building activities. - Conducting regular employee connect sessions and pulse checks. - Supporting end-to-end performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. - Guiding managers and employees on performance policies and improvement plans. - Addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. - Ensuring timely resolution of grievances while maintaining a positive work environment. - Escalating complex ER issues to senior HRBP as needed. - Preparing periodic HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.). - Using HR data and insights to support business decisions. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Human Resources (preferred). - 2-4 years of experience in HRBP or HR generalist roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. - Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
