HR & Admin Manager IT/Software Industry Job Title: HR & Admin Manager – IT/Software Industry Experience: 7 to 10 Years Location: Pune Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting / Software Development Functional Area: HR, Recruitment, Administration Role Category: HR/ Recruitment Role: HR & Admin Manager Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end technical recruitment for software developers, QA, DevOps, and other IT roles. - Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and forecast hiring needs. - Manage onboarding, induction, and background verification processes. - Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs. - Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity). - Administer HRMS tools and maintain employee records. - Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination. - Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile: - MBA in HR / PGDM or equivalent qualification. - 10+ years of experience in HR and Admin, with at least 4–5 years in the IT/Software industry. - Strong experience in technical hiring, team management, and HR strategy. - Hands-on knowledge of HR tools (Zoho, Keka, Darwinbox,Saral etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
