Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Engagement * Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. * Successfully close deals and ensure client satisfaction through seamless project handovers. 2. Government Tenders & Bidding * Identify opportunities in government tenders for e-governance projects. * Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and tender documentation to secure projects. * Ensure timely submission of tenders with full compliance. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination * Provide strategic direction to the Sales, Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams. * Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities on CRM tools and sales strategies. 4. Strategic Planning & Execution * Develop and implement effective business development strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams for pricing models and proposal creation. 5. CRM & Tools Management * Lead the use of CRM systems and related tools for client management and analytics. 6. Communication & Reporting * Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development performance. * Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
