Job Description

You will be joining our team as an HR Admin, where your primary responsibility will be to support the HR department in various administrative tasks. These tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our HR processes to make them more efficient, accurate, and compliant. Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the team by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies and procedures. You will also be involved in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process by handling new hire paperwork and orientation. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in employee engagement initiatives, which may involve organizing team events, collecting employee feedback, and tracking employee recognition programs. You will also assist in managing the performance management process by tracking performance goals, coordinating performance reviews, and aiding managers in developing employee development plans. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently, knowledge of HR best practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
