As an HR & Recruitment Officer at Atchayam Trust, your role includes developing and executing recruitment strategies to hire staff for office and shelters. You will be responsible for handling job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Additionally, maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and HR documentation will be part of your key responsibilities. Your role also involves addressing staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensuring conflict resolution. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture aligned with Atchayam Trust's values. Implementing employee engagement and retention strategies will be essential to maintain a motivated team. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and NGO-specific regulations is vital. You will be required to conduct periodic HR audits and update policies accordingly. Administrative management tasks include overseeing office and shelter administration, including facility maintenance. Implementing HR policies and procedures effectively at shelters and ensuring necessary supplies, hygiene, and safety protocols are in place are also part of your responsibilities. Your reporting and coordination duties will involve traveling to shelters as needed for employee and facility assessments. Qualifications & Requirements: - MSW(HR) or MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory) - 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and administration - Male candidates are preferred - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel across multiple shelter locations In this full-time role, you will be entitled to Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is during the day shift, and a Master's degree is required. A minimum of 3 years of total work experience is mandatory, with a preference for candidates willing to travel 75% of the time for work. The work location is in person.
