Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of compliance, onboarding, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and supporting HR initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and leave management systems.
  • Handle agreement renewals and maintain contract documentation.
  • Assist in HR audits and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and support.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.
  • Vendor management and local administration (office upkeep and maintenance).
  • Performance-related counselling and PIP deployment.
  • Responsible for HR operations across the region.
  • Open to frequent travel.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in attendance and leave management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations or administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance processes preferred.
