Role & responsibilities:- Qualification: Any IT Graduate Preference will be given to candidates with CCNA /MCSE / JCHNE. Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting will be desirable but not mandatory. Experience: 0-2 Yrs. Job Description Provide Technical Support to our esteemed Customers over the call / email or chat. Help them to commission newly purchased products or troubleshoot their current products. Required Skill Set Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, FTP, NAS, DDNS, P2P. Knowledge of LAN and WAN. Experience on CCTV and related products will be an added advantage for the candidate. CCNA | MCSE (Desirable). Candidates with Excellent Communication Skills and Neutral Accent.
