Job Description

Pega Support Engineer / Pega Administrator (L2/L3)

Key Responsibilities

Pega environment administration across Dev/QA/UAT/Prod
Deployments, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, release coordination
Monitoring logs/alerts, platform stability and performance tracking
Production support (L2/L3), incident handling, RCA and preventive actions
Manage Pega security: access groups, roles, operators, rulesets
JVM troubleshooting: heap/thread dumps, GC analysis, tuning
App server config/support: WebSphere/Tomcat
DR support, backups, audits and compliance checks
On-call production support participation (as per rotation)

Must Have

6+ years in
Pega Administration / Pega Production Support
Pega PRPC/Pega Platform architecture understanding
Linux/Unix hands-on support
WebSphere and/or Tomcat experience
JVM performance tuning + heap/thread dump analysis
DB exposure: Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server

Preferred

CI/CD exposure, deployment automation
Pega certification: CSA/CSSA/CPDC
Experience in critical incident handling and strong communication
