As a SAP Performance Engineer, you will need to have at least 4.5 years of experience in performance engineering specifically related to SAP. Your role will involve working closely with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues, utilizing performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling. Additionally, you should have experience with performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, and Dynatrace. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. Expertise in AWR report analysis, heap dump, thread dump, JVM tuning, and the ability to analyze application code and infrastructure for optimization are also essential. You will be responsible for implementing performance tuning techniques and best practices to ensure optimal performance of SAP applications.
