Location: On-site (Ahmedabad)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Note: This is an on-site role (Female Candidates only).

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR & Admin Trainee to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR and administration within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain employee records and documents.
• Update internal databases (attendance, leaves, etc.).
• Prepare basic HR documents such as offer letters and new hire kits.
• Assist in revising and updating company policies.
• Help create reports and presentations on HR metrics.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR and admin matters.
• Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and leave data.
• Coordinate travel bookings and expense documentation.
• Assist in organizing HR events, hiring drives, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage communication through email, phone, and social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong English communication and organizational skills. (Non-Negotiable)
• Interest in learning HR processes, labour laws, and IT industry dynamics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for HR branding (preferred).

• Hands-on HR training in a real IT environment.
• If you hold a position outside of sales, we will consider your role to be that of a fresher. For Freshers there will be up to a 6-7-month training period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
