Job Description

As a HR Admin at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant. - Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies and procedures - Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews - Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation - Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team events, collecting employee feedback, and tracking employee recognition programs - Help manage the performance management process, including tracking performance goals, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting managers with employee development plans Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field - 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently - Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite If you are a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!,
