As an immediate Joinee, you will be responsible for various HR tasks at the School. Your primary duties will include: - Source, select, and offer candidates for multiple open positions throughout the year, maintaining a pool of quality candidates for future openings. - Ensure completion of new employee onboarding and induction processes. - Manage employee grievances and provide end-to-end support to employees for better understanding of HR processes and policies. - Implement the Annual Employee Engagement Calendar and execute employee engagement activities at the center. - Facilitate the Full and Final Settlement process, including smooth exit processes and exit interviews.
