HR Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage and support all human resources functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation to ensure a productive, positive, and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source and screen candidates for various positions. Coordinate interviews and selection processes. Prepare offer letters and appointment documents. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances professionally. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Assist in employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR-related reports (attendance, leave, payroll data, etc.). Assist in payroll processing with accurate attendance and leave data. Policy & Compliance Ensure company policies are communicated and implemented. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures. Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes. Track employee KPIs and assist managers in evaluations. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions. Maintain training records and feedback reports. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred). Problem-solving attitude. Confidentiality and integrity. Team player with people-centric approach.
