Job Description

Human Resources Responsibilities Recruitment & On boarding Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll out). Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs. Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. HR Operations Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Support performance appraisal processes. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Employee Relations Assist in grievance handling and employee engagement activities. Support disciplinary actions and exit processes. Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements. Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws. Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.). Assist in HR audits and statutory inspections. Administration Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and facilities. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Handle office assets, inventory, and records. Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and vehicle coordination. Ensure health, safety, and office discipline standards. Support event management and internal meetings.
