The role directly contributes to the company’s mission of delivering premium, error-free, and timely cardiac diagnostics to patients across Delhi NCR and partner cities. Key Responsibilities1. Case Data ManagementEnter complete case details received from the operations team (patient name, doctor name, test type, device serial, installation & removal date/time, amount collected, technician name, etc.) into CRM / Excel sheets daily. Ensure all bookings are linked to correct doctors, territories, and diagnostic centers. Update status trackers (Booked / Installed / Removed / Payment Pending / Report Shared). Maintain the Device Movement Log to track each Holter, ABPM, ELR, and Sleep Study unit. 2. Report CoordinationUpdate case completion and report status in the Delhi Cardio Reporting Tracker. Share completed reports with doctors and patients as per the defined TAT (typically within 4–6 hours post-upload). Tag and archive all reports in structured folders for future reference. 3. Financial Data & CollectionsRecord daily payments collected by technicians or received via online transfers. Match each transaction with its respective booking and update Daily Collection Sheet. Flag pending payments to the Operations Head for follow-up. Maintain transparency in payment receipts and petty cash updates. 4. CRM & Dashboard MaintenanceEnter and maintain doctor-wise case history, monthly targets, and performance metrics. Support the CRM team in updating new doctor onboarding data (contact, hospital, specialisation, referral category). Ensure daily sync of Concliq CRM, BeatsTrack Ops Dashboard, and Excel reports for consistency. 5. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with technicians, marketing executives, and reporting team to close daily cases. Share end-of-day status updates with the team (cases booked, installed, pending, and completed). Follow up with doctors’ clinics and partner centres for missing or delayed information. 6. Compliance & ConfidentialityMaintain 100% confidentiality of patient medical data, diagnostic reports, and doctor credentials.
