We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dependable Accountant cum Office Assistant to strengthen our internal operations. 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceMaintain daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books. Handle vendor payments, customer invoices & petty cash. Prepare GST, TDS working, reconciliation & monthly MIS. Manage purchase bills, inventory entries & documentation. Follow up on outstanding payments and update ledgers. Office AdministrationHandle calls, emails, and coordinate with internal teams. Manage office supplies, courier, documentation & filing. Support HR with attendance, onboarding forms & basic admin tasks. Assist operations team with scheduling, data entry, and report updates. Maintain visitor logs, staff coordination, and office discipline. 📌 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Good communication & coordination skills. Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-growing startup environment. Attention to detail and accountability in work. Basic understanding of GST/TDS compliance. 📚 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or admin roles.
