Position Summary: The Marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, Brand collaborations, representation the brand, sales growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, social media and PR internally and with external vendors. The manager is the bridge between the co founder and the team and has to ensure completion of tasks by the team. Key Responsibilities: • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand plans to support short and long-term business goals by doing brand collaborations, events, and NPD ideas. • Product Positioning: Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and packaging to resonate with target audiences. • Marketing Campaigns: Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, events) from concept to execution. • Social Media : Co ordinate with the agency and the team on developing a great social calendar with execution. • Sales Support: Collaborate with Horeca sales staff and explore any brand collaboration activity. • Budget Management: Manage brand budget and deliver programs on time and within scope. • Strategy : Creating a product launch strategy and doing necessary bits for its execution . • Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee external partners including creative, media, and PR agencies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus) • 2-3 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the food, CPG, or FMCG sector • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and product marketing, PR and marketing • Excellent project management and organisational skills • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce is a plus • Data-driven with strong analytical skills • Creative mindset with attention to detail and passion for food

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff and support roles and co ordinating with contractors. Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding and induction programs. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor and manage daily attendance using biometric systems and pagar book. Prepare and verify attendance data for payroll processing. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursal. 3. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and escalate where needed. Manage their leaves and address the issues of the same. Foster a healthy and productive work environment. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. 4. Compliance & Documentation Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. Assist in audits and inspections by government authorities. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Track employee performance and maintain development plans. 6. Health, Safety, and Hygiene Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Support HR initiatives related to factory hygiene and safety awareness. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR; prior experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry is preferred. Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, payroll, and compliance. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive factory environment.
