Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support key HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling workforce management, statutory compliance, recruitment, timekeeping, employee welfare, and ensuring a harmonious industrial environment in line with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Workforce Management:

  • Assist with the recruitment of blue-collar and white-collar workers, including contract labor.
  • Coordinate with local contractors/labor suppliers to ensure workforce availability.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees and workers.

Time Office & Attendance:

  • Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, overtime tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to verify attendance records for payroll processing.
  • Maintain biometric and manual attendance systems.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address worker grievances and support dispute resolution in line with labor laws.
  • Conduct employee welfare activities, safety campaigns, and engagement programs.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining harmonious industrial relations.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date records for audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for labor law compliances and renewals.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and personal records.
  • Issue letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).
  • Assist in monthly payroll coordination and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, Factory Act, and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Time Office functions and HRMS tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at the plant/factory location
  • May require shift work coordination or extended hours during payroll/inspections
  • Interaction with shop-floor employees and contractors regularly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
