Location: Gurgaon, Sector 37

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Timings: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per month maximum (based on experience).

Experience: Minimum 2 Years.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to manage our people processes and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Attendance & leave tracking, payroll coordination.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Organize training & employee engagement activities.

Administration-

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Coordinate with the team and manage office supplies.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
