Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiters to support high-priority hiring needs across our Sales and Engineering teams . This is a short-term assignment designed to accelerate talent acquisition efforts during a critical growth phase. The ideal candidate will bring deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in recruiting for technical and commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Engineering roles, including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to identify top talent.
Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate weekly hiring reports.
Collaborate with external search partners when needed and manage vendor relationships.
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Qualifications:

3 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Engineering roles.
Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles (account executives, sales engineers, SDRs).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with behavioral interviewing and technical assessment tools (e.g., Codility, UCAT).
Experience in high-growth or matrixed environments.
Knowledge of employment law and compliance in recruiting.
