Role Overview: As a Contract Recruiter at Dorman, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to enhance the engineering, product, and operations capabilities. This direct 12-month contract role in Chennai, India offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving environment while advancing your career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing platforms like SEO, social media outreach, and relationship management. - Craft engaging recruiting materials that highlight Dorman's unique culture and opportunities to attract qualified candidates. - Coordinate a structured interview process, evaluate candidate responses effectively, and present employment offers based on thorough analysis. - Collaborate with compensation teams to initiate recruiting efforts and track key metrics for continuous improvement. - Generate reports on recruiting progress, analyze trends, and suggest process improvements to enhance the recruitment process. - Communicate offers effectively, manage candidate expectations, and successfully close candidates to ensure a seamless hiring journey. - Be adaptable and ready to tackle additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, with knowledge of automotive, engineering, quality, and product roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and global teams. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment software, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Proven ability to support an innovative, fast-growth environment, understanding of social media recruitment, experience with behavioral interviewing, strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and computer literacy with the Microsoft Office Suite.
