As a Recruiter at AppDirect, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and recruiting top talent across various business functions. Your expertise in high-volume recruiting within a startup environment will be essential in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes. Here's what you'll be responsible for and how you can make an impact: Key Responsibilities: - Manage high-volume hiring for all functions at AppDirect, from initial intake to offer acceptance - Provide candidates with clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized touchpoints that align with our employer brand - Develop innovative sourcing strategies, such as Boolean search, events, referrals, and employer branding, to engage both active and passive candidates proactively - Work closely with hiring managers to understand organizational goals, analyze market trends, and create tailored hiring plans for team success - Collaborate with the Leadership Recruiter on executive searches by coordinating schedules, sourcing assistance, and conducting candidate interviews - Utilize data and feedback to optimize recruitment processes, handle large applicant volumes effectively, and enhance recruiting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in an agency or in-house setting - Demonstrated ability to fill technical (engineering, product) as well as GTM (sales, marketing) roles - Strong communication skills and expertise in building relationships with candidates and stakeholders - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms - Data-driven approach with a focus on metrics such as candidate Net Promoter Score (NPS), time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate - Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment AppDirect values privacy and is committed to safeguarding personal data of job applicants.
