As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to support our team and manage key administrative and HR functions. Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management. Handle employee queries and grievances professionally. Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Administrative Responsibilities Oversee office operations and maintain administrative systems and processes. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and service providers. Organize travel arrangements, events, and internal meetings. Support finance with documentation, invoicing, and petty cash handling. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and office management.
