Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our employees. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork, and conducting initial orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical files).
  • Assist with attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll-related data collection.
  • Support employee relations by addressing basic queries and directing complex issues to appropriate channels.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Administrative Management:
  • Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage basic IT support coordination (e.g., liaising with IT vendors for troubleshooting).
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with basic compliance requirements (e.g., ESI, PF documentation support).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role or a Fresher.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
