Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate employee timesheets, ensuring proper recording of work hours.
  • Handle monthly salary calculations, including deductions, taxes, and reimbursements.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, provident fund, gratuity, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate enrollment, timely renewals, and proper documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and support for employee growth.
  • Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and reimbursements for employees.
  • Organize and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory, including stationery, supplies, and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR or Administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized company.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in salary calculations, payroll processing, and benefits management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
