Job Description: HR Admin | Full Time Job Summary: As an HR Admin at WiseAcad, your main goal is to ensure smooth HR Recruitment and Administration Operations while promoting a positive and productive workplace environment. This role also provides exposure into Accounts/Payroll, Documentation, Facility management, Compliance, Employee Management and Coordination. Location : Hitech City, Hyderabad. Shift Timings : 9.30 AM to 6:00 PM Work Mode: Work From Office / On-Site Roles and Responsibilities: Manage End-to-End Recruitment Processes including Onboarding, Documentation, and Orientation for new joiners. Maintain and Update all Employee records including Personal Details, Attendance, Leave Tracking, Performance, Payroll and other related Documentation. Handle Payroll for all employees, Monthly Salary payments, Expense Tracking, Employee Reimbursements and any other Accounting Support. Arrange and Coordinate Facilities for Meetings, Workshops, Travel Bookings, and Accommodation handling. Support the company with Day-to-Day Operations, Internal Communications, Grievance Redressal and any other operational support, when needed. Act as the primary point of contact for All Employee Queries, Day to Day HR needs, and Employee Management in a Fast-Paced Startup Environment. Organise and manage internal events, celebrations, and Team-Building activities to encourage a positive and healthy work culture. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree program in BCom, BBA (Accounts or HR), or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll and Office Management. Strong background and relevant work experience in Payroll management. Proficient with spreadsheets, basic accounting tools and analytical tasks. Methodical and critical thinker. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu.
