Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an HR Admin who will be responsible for making calls to candidates, explaining job roles clearly, and coordinating their deployment to schools for our STEM Robotics programs. The role requires strong communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make regular outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job responsibilities clearly.
Share detailed information about work location, role in schools, and expected duties.
Answer candidate queries regarding job profile, school visits, and daily tasks.
Maintain and update candidate databases and calling logs.
Follow up with selected candidates until they join and are deployed to schools.
Coordinate with the operations team to align candidate availability with school needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding communication with candidates going to school locations.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Confident in calling and explaining job roles to candidates.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication).
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Salary: As per company standards, based on interview performance .

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

ONLY FEMALES

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
