Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be able to supervise and manage housekeeping staff.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
