Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
