Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Jaipur location. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the resort are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Daily tasks include managing laundry operations, inspecting rooms and common areas, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and training team members to adhere to resort protocols and standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping experience
Laundry management skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a hospitality setting is a plus
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
