Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kolkata. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The role involves monitoring budgets, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Manager will also assist in planning and executing events, and implementing best practices for improving the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management and team management
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Budget management and financial analysis skills
Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
