Compliance to customer specific requirement
Initiate & ensure the Engineering changes implementation in the parts as per customer requirement
Management and tracking of all customer KPIs including setting and implementation of action plans
Timely carry-out & submit PPAP
Customer's approval for changes made in Process / Product / Packing / Transportation
Monitoring of CAPA against customer complaints & their effectiveness for these actions
Ensuring customer audit obervations within the agreed time
Submit monthly 4M & Inspection reports to the customer as per plan
Sample evaluation during initial product development
To fulfil customer voice in terms of technical requirement
Must deal with Honda, TATA etc.
