Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping (Laundry) - Guest Service Associate to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of laundry washing and cleaning activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service principles.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job.
