Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to address guest complaints and concerns.
