Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to address guest complaints and concerns.
