Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Devashish Hotel, located in Haldwani. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing financial performance, coordinating with other departments, and handling guest relations, events, and hospitality services. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in staff management, customer service, and guest relations Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and expense control Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards Familiarity with hotel management software and MS Office Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in event management and hospitality services Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
