Senior Captain – Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency in service.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensure personalized service, and handle special requests.
• Assign duties to service staff and oversee their performance.
• Ensure mise en place, cleanliness, and readiness of dining area before service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth order delivery and service flow.
• Take guest orders when needed and provide recommendations on food & beverages.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor junior team members and help in their development.
• Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery, napkins, etc.) and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage menus, wines, and pairings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and high service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,300.00 per month
