Junior Associate – IDS Software Support

The Junior Associate – IDS Software Support is responsible for assisting hotel operations using IDS Next property management system (PMS). The role involves managing day-to-day tasks like reservations, check-ins/check-outs, billing, and reporting through IDS software, ensuring accuracy and smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate IDS Next software for front office operations such as:
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Room assignment and availability updates
• Reservations and cancellations
• Billing and folio preparation
• Support the Accounts or Revenue team with IDS-generated reports.
• Assist with night audits and daily closure tasks as per IDS standards.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for IDS system issues and escalate to IT when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) via IDS for room status, guest requests, and service updates.
• Maintain accuracy in guest data entry and ensure proper documentation within IDS.
• Generate MIS reports from IDS for operational reviews.
• Assist in onboarding new staff in using IDS software under guidance.

Requirements:

knowledge of IDS Next or similar hotel PMS (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
