Junior Steward

• Dishwashing: Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assisting Senior Steward: Work closely with senior stewards to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, including helping in training new staff.
• Trash Disposal: Ensure trash is regularly removed from kitchen areas and disposed of in a sanitary manner.
• Assist with Inventory: Assist with the organization of utensils and kitchen supplies; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Waste Management: Assist in proper disposal of food waste and recycling.
• Equipment Maintenance: Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to senior stewards for repair.
• Supporting Kitchen Team: Assist with other kitchen tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff or the senior steward, such as food prep and restocking.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
